Job Description:

The position is responsible for administrative sales support in a high-paced, dynamic environment selling Cisco and Juniper network hardware. You will help increase sales productivity while providing excellent customer service in a professional, positive manner. Basic accounting background and inventory database management experience a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support for sales team including processing, management, tracking and investigating of time-sensitive orders
  2. Become proficient in using company’s transaction management database and other software
  3. Provide high level of customer service
  4. Correspond with customers via email and phone
  5. Assist sales team by obtaining pricing and request quotes from vendors
  6. Perform routine clerical duties and other requirements when necessary
  7. Professionally manage past due Accounts Receivables
  8. Develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the sales department and company as a whole

Job Requirements:

  1. Able to work in fast paced, self-directed environment
  2. High level of time management and prioritization skills
  3. Develop strong product knowledge and customer service skills
  4. Polished written and verbal communication skills
  5. Ability to exercise independent judgement, decisiveness, sound reasoning and creativity in evaluating and making decisions
  6. Proficient level of computer skills, with Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Inventory Management Software
  7. Experience with analyzing and resolving office administrative and procedural issues
  8. Able to maintain good relationships with clients and co-workers
  9. Loyal, honest and trustworthy
  10. Bachelor degree desired but not required
